Due to the nature of our perfume oils, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

DAMAGED, LEAKING OR DEFECTIVE
Perfume oils may occasionally experience leakage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or video of the product and its original packaging.

ORDER ISSUE REVIEW
Once your documentation is received, we will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. Submission of photos or video does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, or store credit.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE IMMEDIATELY
We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery, including damage caused by improper handling, storage, opening, or use of the product. Any delivery-related issue must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
